A child’s first birthday is always very memorable as it always marks a complete year that a baby has lived on this earth.
This definitely calls for one big party, isn’t it?
Yes, that’s what happened Sunday as celebrated Television presenter, Miles Rwamiti celebrated the first birthday of his youngest child, Kemisgisa Abwooli Rwamiti in a pink themed Duwa.
At 2pm, the birthday girl looked cute in her creamy dress as the Spark Tv presenter and his wife made their way into Dreamland Gardens, Namugongo where the event was held.
Her mum kept her look casual but chic with a veil that matched with the creamy flower on her short-sleeved hijab, and heels.
She wore a stylish grey hijab that had fairly large flower on her right shoulder.
Rwamiti was dressed in a stylish black kanzu with a blue top and white stripes around the chest area.
The Duwa or party as commonly party kicked off with a prayer led by Sheikh before guests, mainly family and close friends were treated to a feast.
Guests had enough time to interact, with their conversations escorted by mainly tarab music which was playing in the background. For the kids, there was a bouncing castle for them and they could be seen having fun.
But like everything, the party too has an end. The event was sealed off at 7pm with an evening tea before guests returned to their homes.
“The only time that majority of us get to see tents is during burials. Allow me to appreciate you for not waiting for that unfortunate moment for your friends to see tents. Thank you for loving your family, and for inviting us. May the Almighty reward you abundantly,” prayed Sheikh
